Its always good to have questions prepared to ask an interviewer when they ask you “Do you have any questions?“. Doesn’t look too great when you’re like “Nope! None”. So here’s some questions that I’ve found to be good questions, if you’re entirely blanking.

  • How much time does it take to ramp up and be fully productive?
  • What’s the process to launch a new feature/improvement?
  • How many projects are happening simultaneously in a team? Do team members choose which project they will work on?
  • What’s the on-call load like?
  • Work life balance?
  • What is the thing you like the most and least about working at xyz?
  • Is there team mobility?
