I will often drink one too many beers. Alcohol is one of my vices. Like a lot of people I will regret it the next day then swear up and down that I will not drink e.g. on a Sunday. Only to break that promise you made yourself.

Instead of constantly dealing with the consequences of my stupid actions, I think I should work on building some discipline.

Maybe I should actually try to go on a dopamine diet. Sunday to Friday. Leaving Saturday to go wild and Sunday to recover. I think this sort of structure would be easier to maintain at first and an easier goal to work towards.
